Bondelid Knitted Dress

This beautiful Bondelid knitted dress was bought on a whim in a boutique in Stockholm while on holidays. It has never been worn. The photos don’t do the colours justice. I would describe the main colour as a brick red with a coral coloured round neck, sleeve cuff and hem. It comes complete with an under slip which has a beautiful lace trim at the bottom which peeps down beneath the dress adding an extra layer of elegance. As you can see in the last photo, this is a clever garment as there are little plastic hooks attached to the knitted dress for the thin straps of the under slip. Therefore, you don’t need to tug, pull and readjust while wearing it, what a simple, yet effective, idea! Can be machine washed at 30° Bondelid is a Swedish brand little known outside of Scandinavia.
