100% cotton. Hand wash. Strips of fabric in open lattis work with looped and twisted long fringe. Floral design on the front panels and back hem. Super cute over a tee shirt and jeans or a dress as shown. Size 18/20, It measures 34" long to the tip of the fringe. Very clean nice condition but I see a couple places on the fringe that came untacked and one place where it is tied (last photo). Easy fixes with a needle and thread. I ship same or next business day.
