I received this at the store and stored it in a dark place without reading it.
I have stored it carefully, but it is a paper product, and it has been in my possession once. Therefore, please purchase only if you understand that there may be scratches, stains, damage, wrinkles, dents, distortions, and discoloration (especially on the edges and corners of the product). Not all scratches, damage, and stains are visible in the photos. Please refrain from purchasing if you are looking for perfection or are overly concerned about condition. Please forgive any oversights.

As stated above, it is actually an unused, unread item. I think it is in very good condition for a publication from over 10 years ago, but there is some slight yellowing, so I will describe it as "Like New." Thank you for your understanding.
