New but shows wear from storage. I was given this about 21 years ago. The sheet metal has marks on it. It's been stored for quite a while. Needs to be assembled. I believe it's for a single track probably the older three rail silver metal track. I counted the screws in the small envelope there are 4. I am not sure if that is the original amount that came with the box. The person who gave me this and other train stuff said it was new. Please see pictures for complete description sold as is. This Girder Bridge is from somewhere between 1970's and 80's.
