This is a lovely black wrap dress with a beautiful floral design. It has short sleeves that can be tied into a knot or bow. Fun cut out feature. It can be worn with a cami underneath or without. The bottom of the dress is a hi-low style with it being shorter in the front than the back and there is a ruffle design along the whole bottom. The dress is approximately 48" long.
