Occupied Japan ceramic porcelain basket. Hand painted. Small. Dollar bill is just to demonstrate it's size. The lady had a son in Southeast Asia during WWII and in Japan during the occupation. This item, as any marked Occupied Japan, was made between 1945 and 1952, so are like 70 years old. Rare item.
