This record is quite valuable because it was pressed during the time when CDs were starting to be manufactured.
As shown in the images, the overall condition is very good.
The only damage is a slight discoloration on the right side of the back of the jacket (to the right of the MONO text). However, since there is no overall deterioration of the liner notes, etc., which is common for items this old, I think it was stored in very good condition.
It doesn't seem like it's about 40 years old.
The previous owner was probably a collector who bought a CD soon after purchasing it and didn't listen to it at all (the application ticket was not cut out).
*By the way, some songs are stereo recordings.
I listened to it again before listing it, and I've listened to it many times before, but I've never felt any stress.
All the accessories are shown in the images.
Since I purchased it, I have kept it carefully in a non-smoking, pet-free environment with humidity control.
