[Rare] Pokémon Seal Book Seal Box Vol.01 Pichu

This is a Pokémon sticker box featuring a design of Pichu.
It includes pages with stickers and pages with coloring pictures.
It's from almost 20 years ago and is very rare.

It's new and unused, and I think it's in good condition without any major folds or yellowing, but since it's 20 years old, the adhesive may have weakened and the pages may have come loose.

There is almost no trace of similar items in good condition being listed for sale, and I couldn't find any other places selling it even with an image search, so I've priced it arbitrarily.

I may lower the price if you can tell me the market price.
