- February 1956.* NOTE: Tape residue & small tears along the spine. Center spread (pgs 27-30) - loose from the lower staple. Writing at the top of pg 56.
- March 1956.* NOTE: Writing at the top of front cover. Tape residue & small tears along the spine. Two small tears at bottom of back cover.
- July 1956. NOTE: Front cover tears on all 4 corners. Missing back cover. 3 centerfolds (pgs 25-36) are loose from center staples. Lower outer corner of pg 53/54 (ads) is torn away.
- October 1956.*
- November 1956. NOTE: Front/back cover is detached from the magazine block. Tears along the spine on the cover.
- December 1956. NOTE: Small .5 inch tear on cover at the top of the spine.
