This is a Wizard of Oz themed Snowbabies piece called “I have a feeling we’re not in Kansas Anymore” from Department 56. This was part of a large collection - it’s used but in excellent condition (no box). It was released in 1998 as part of The Guest Collection. This was a Premiere Edition with a star on the bottom with a 1st in it. Dorothy is wearing the ruby slippers and holding her dog Toto in the basket.
