Gorgeous necklace featuring a double heart design with the bottom heart being a prong set amethyst heart shape faceted stone and the top part being a diamond cut mixed with genuine diamond open heart set in 925 sterling silver. Bale is stamped "925 LA" with the included box chain being stamped "925 ITALY." The design of this is stunning with even the pendant sides (which no one really sees) having a squiggly line and heart design. Bale has a few diamonds as well.
