This is Suntan's metallized polyester film capacitor, TS04B series. Film capacitors are known to have better phase characteristics than electrolytic capacitors and are often used in audio circuits.
Personally, I use them in small audio devices (e.g.) FX-AUDIO's vacuum tube amplifier "00J" and power amplifier "FX1002J+" etc. I think it's good for replacing the film capacitors installed in the original amplifier. Just changing the "metabo-looking" film capacitors installed in the recent FX-AUDIO new products can improve the sound quality quite a bit. Recommended. Of course, it can't beat the (old) West German ERO "dead stock"... Recommended for simple modifications.
For 2-way speakers. How about making tweeter units or improving your audio?
