A precious and rare find, vintage Kaye of Hollywood hand painted pottery figurine from the early 1940s.
About the Artist
Kaye was Katherine (Kay) Schueftan, a former Heidi Schoop decorator.
About the Item
This darling boy figurine is 9" tall, 4 1/2" wide, and 4 1/4" in depth. He's dressed in pink with a baby blue jacket, a big pink bow tie, and his pants are decorated with pink and blue flowers.
The base is signed and numbered.
Excellent condition, no chips or cracks. Fine allover crazing with a little underglaze discoloration on the underside of the base.
