Floral handbag with decorative beads has metal frame top and ring style handles there is a chain attachment for over the shoulder. The top is metal and it latches closed when you push it together, to open flip the metal heart and it unlatches. Not sure what the outside fabric is made of, it is light weight and very soft. I have found a few small loose strings on the outside. The inside lining is very clean no found rips or tears. It is much larger than most of the vintage bags this one measures 9 inches tall not including handles and 11 inches wide at the bottom.
