This is a beautiful 1950s gold filigree brooch, stunning a scalloped oval design beautiful ornate detailing has a large, royal blue oval stone in the center surrounded by gold beaded balls.. The gold filigree is around the stone, and then there is a 3-D accent that goes around the edge of the brooch that has a very detailed ornate design with flowers at the top and bottom and on both sides. They are also done in the gold beaded design with leaves .. very beautiful and unique brooch. The clasp has been soldered into the back of the brooch .. no markings .. measure 2 1/4 inches by a little over 2 inches still got a lot of life left in smoke and pet free
