vintage Kasper A.S.L. button down coat dress with black appliques

This lovely button down Kasper dress has been beautifully done to make it one of a kind. The white fabric is 70% Rayon, 30% Polyester. Dry clean. Buttons all the way down the front. Front pockets are still tacked shut. Back vent. It has beaded detail on the collar. I think the sheer black sequined appliques have been added. I see some black stitches that go through the lining at the top. Marked size 4 but seem to run small. My mannequin is a size 2 and fit nicely although a little tight on the top. I'm listing as a size XS. It measures 44 1/2" long. 13 1/2" across the top of the shoulders. 21 1/2" sleeves. Laying flat seam to seam it's 16 1/2" across under the arms, 15" at the waist, 19" at the hips. Wear it as a dress or light weight coat . Works well over a black dress . In excellent condition. The only issue is I noticed on the applique that it's loose in a couple spots and may need a stich or two. I ship same or next business day.
