Vintage Large Heavy Victorian Hand Holding Pearl Vermeil Brooch

I have not seen another like it, I have seen thinner lighter ones and ones with rhinestones on the cuff, but known made like this

It is crafted with what looks like a vermeil, back is gold tone, front is dark super polished silver tone. The round button pearl is mint! No wear or scratches. It may be signed behind the pearl portion but hard to tell.

Just spectacular!
